BUYING FROM US ´Ě»All orders must be made by contacting us through the Contact page or emailing ian@vit-media.com. We accept bank transfers (preferred) as well as secure online payments with most credit and debit cards. We can also accept PayPal payments. We are unable to accept cheques or cash. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS We use PayPal to process credit and debit card payments securely. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that we never see or store your credit or debit card details and the payment transaction is securely and privately managed within the PayPal secure site. To pay with a debit or credit card, please use the contact form or email ian@vit-media.com and an electronic invoice will be sent to you to make your payment (usually within 24 hours). BANK TRANSFER If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please email ian@vit-media.com and we will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with details of where to send your payment. Your order will be despatched within two business days of your payment clearing. PAYPAL If you wish to use PayPal please email ian@vit-media.com and we will generate an electronic invoice. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Please note that there is a supplement per DVD for overseas postage . This varies depending on your location. Our postage costs reflect the fact that we are a very small operation and, in fact, are cheaper than the international shipping costs quoted by, for example, HMV or other DVD retailers. We do not make any profit from postage and packing. In fact, in some cases we make a loss! The shipping charge will be calculated when you submit your order and you will be notified of the cost before any money is taken. Please be aware that our DVDs are in PAL format, not NTSC. Most modern DVD players will play either format automatically and you should not have any trouble playing the DVD, however you are advised to check this before purchasing as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges to overseas customers, except in the unlikely event that a disk is found to be faulty. There may be some minor colour discrepancies when playing a PAL DVD on a non-PAL device. All our DVDs are region free (Region 0) so they can be played anywhere in the world without restriction. DESPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES We aim to ship all orders within two working days. If there is any delay in this we will notify you and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. We use Royal Mail and Air Mail for all our shipping. UK customers should expect delivery within 5 to 7 days of placing an order (usually much quicker). European Union customers should expect to receive their order within 6 to 8 days and all other international customers within 8 to 10 days. If your order has not arrived after these times, please contact us. We use an online postage purchasing system and can trace whether a package has reached its destination or is still in transit. PRIORITY SHIPPING We are happy to offer expedited services on request (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, Royal Mail Special Delivery etc). If you absolutely must have your DVD tomorrow, please contact us before placing your order and we will give you a quote for this service. Note that usually, DVDs arrive within 48 hours of order, even using the standard service.. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch, preferably before you place your order :-) EXCHANGES & REFUNDS We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your DVD is defective we will happily exchange it for another copy of that title. Please contact us if you believe your DVD to be defective and we will explain the exchange process. Since DVDs can easily be illegally copied, we are unable to offer refunds on DVDs. All DVD sales are final and there are no exceptions to this policy (except in the case of a defective disk). If you have modified the DVD in any way, it is no longer returnable for exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, writing on the product or affixing labels to the product. Disks that have been damaged by faulty DVD players or mishandling are also not eligible for exchange.
