Apologies for any inconvenience but the cost of maintaining the online shop is greater than the value of the DVDs we have available for sale! 
 (Some of the instructions below relate to the online shopping system) We accept secure online payments with most credit and debit cards through Paypal, whether or not you already have a PayPal account. Simply follow the checkout instructions. If you wish to pay by personal cheque or bank transfer this is no problem either (see below). Most purchases will be straightforward and you should simply be able to add DVDs to your shopping cart and follow the simple checkout process. Any details you provide are completely secure and never passed to any third party. ONLINE PAYMENTS We use PayPal to process credit and debit card payments securely so please choose this as your payment method if you wish to pay online with a card. Please note that we never see or store your credit or debit card details. The payment transaction is securely and privately managed within the PayPal secure site. CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please email and we will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with details of where to send your payment. Alternatively please call 01252 664996, although this line is not always monitored so email is preferable. Your order will be despatched within two business days of your payment clearing, so please expect delivery to take a little longer than if you pay online. Please don't just send cheques without contacting us first! Please note that offline payments are only available to UK customers. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. If you are a non-UK resident and wish to buy our DVDs, you can only pay online with your credit or debit card through PayPal. Offline payments are not accepted for non-UK customers. Please note that there is a supplement per DVD for overseas postage . This is calculated at checkout. Our postage costs reflect the fact that we are a very small operation and, in fact, are cheaper than the international shipping costs quoted by, for example, HMV or other DVD retailers. We do not make any profit from postage and packing. In fact, in some cases we make a loss. Please be aware that our DVDs are in PAL format, not NTSC. Most modern DVD players will play either format automatically and you should not have any trouble playing the DVD, however you are advised to check this before purchasing as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges to overseas customers, except in the unlikely event that a disk is found to be faulty. There may be some colour discrepancies when playing a PAL DVD on a non-PAL device. All our DVDs are region free (Region 0) so they can be played anywhere in the world without restriction. DESPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES We aim to ship all orders within two working days. If there is any delay in this we will notify you and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. We use Royal Mail and Air Mail for all our shipping. UK customers should expect delivery within 5 to 7 days of placing an order (usually much quicker). European Union customers should expect to receive their order within 6 to 8 days and all other international customers within 8 to 10 days. PRIORITY SHIPPING We are happy to offer expedited services on request (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, Royal Mail Special Delivery etc). If you absolutely must have your DVD tomorrow, please contact us before placing your order and we will give you a quote for this service. You may then place your order as normal (always selecting UK delivery, regardless of where you are in the world) and we will invoice you separately for the postal element. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch, preferably before you place your order :-) EXCHANGES & REFUNDS We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your DVD is defective we will happily exchange it for another copy of that title. Please contact us if you believe your DVD to be defective and we will explain the exchange process. Since DVDs can easily be illegally copied, we are unable to offer refunds on DVDs. All DVD sales are final and there are no exceptions to this policy (except in the case of a defective disk). If you have modified the DVD in any way, it is no longer returnable for exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, writing on the product or affixing labels to the product. Disks that have been damaged by faulty DVD players or mishandling are also not eligible for exchange.
